COMPLETED:
- placing the Theatre on the National Register of Historic Buildings
- repairing the sewer (a real accomplishment!)
- installing new bathrooms
- repainting the façade
- reinforcing and painting the fire escape
- restoring the marquee and corner sign
CURRENT:
- adding ADA bathroom on ground floor.
